Interview with W. L. Logan concerning his experiences as owner and operator of Logan's Shoe Repair in Denton, Texas. Logan discusses his family background, early work experiences, his work as a youth in shoe repair shops, and shares his thoughts about being an African-American man in a white business world. He also talks about his employment at North Texas State University Library and Morrison Milling Company, going into business himself, his experiences with financial institutions in Denton, his work for the Denton State School, his real estate interests, as well as his feelings about the importance of his work and its quality.
